I grow medicinal for my patients most of the time for the pleasure of growing. Been doing legal medical cannabis for 5 years now and still haven’t tried my own product. Started growing in the late 90’s because weed was expensive and I had to figure out how to be able to afford weed, food, rent, etc. I chose to grow my own food and pot to offset the costs of living. Then took about two decades off growing pot. Things have changed. Now, I want to grow every strain, all the old school strains I only ever heard of, and anything that looks fancy now.
Just because I don’t smoke it anymore doesn’t mean I’m not still in love with the plant.
Soil and sunlight grower since day 1. Never bothered learning anything else. Been growing something for the past 25 years.
I wish you, @Swayze_540 , much luck with your cultivation and I hope it becomes a passion.
I dealt with that for 30 years oilfield. The last 10 years I had to quit smoking totally. When I went on disability is when I really started to grow again.I smoke a couple times a week. Have to be careful because i work in a machine shop for a military contractor, if something happens and I get hurt I would have to pass a drug screening
I know its beating a dead horse, but if i want to smoke a joint and look through my telescope after I put the kids to bed i should be able to do that without the fear of losing my job. Dumbest shit ever. Live in a ‘legal’ state, still cant smoke when i want.I dealt with that for 30 years oilfield. The last 10 years I had to quit smoking totally. "Times they are a change-ing" BOB DYLAN 1970's (song by him and still current)Once the oilfield went total piss test they lost a lot of great hands. They used to want the best workers. Now they higher anyone, just because they don't smoke weed. Meth heads and drunks became the new oil field.
