the post you made. That is NOT how Katsu does business. I have bought and RECEIVED multiple packs over multiple years. Never have I ever had an issue. Not even during the chaos of the move to OK. Sorry . If you are a true Bluebird you would have worked this issue out without a disrespectful post in a public forum. So while I can understand your frustration with not getting the twice shipped product, this is a scumbag move.
While I have never met Katsu personally, face to face. We have communicated several times. NEVER have I been ignored or unsatisfied with communications with him or Mrs. Katsu. Bad form on your part Hawk. This accusation makes me (and probably any other true Bluebird) question you. I question your motive. I question your honesty. I do not question Katsu.
