I know to make bubble hash. Just don't have enough to go about making the bubble hash to squish other wise I would this round for my trim and small buds went into tincture and edibles my next batch of trim will be used for bubble to press. I just need to find the right flower to squish that I wanna make into a full time bubble hash maker to squish
There is a learning curve but I find buds with an RH of 18 to 23 percent squish the best. Anything more there is still to much water content. Temps for hash press I range from 165 to 173, flower depending on strain anywhere from 175 degree to 195 degrees. It's kind of a guessing game as to what will squish and what won't. I ran 28 grams one time of a strain I thought would squish good only to get a .4 in return but she was a great washer. I got a 400 dollar press off Amazon. Dabpress is my go to I don't need a fancy 2000 dollar nugmasher to do the same thing eventually I will be getting a heavier press to take out the 4 ton but for me hell it works great. But I only find 1 plant worth pressing per grow round so I'm planning on my next one to keep around flood my room make a mess ton of bubble hash and go and squish it all. The fact I ran 10 grams and almost got a full gram back is amazing to me. I just love how versatile and useful some strains can be. I like squishing my cbd plant too and mixing that wax in with thc heavy wax sometimes for that added effect. There's so much to do and so much to squish
100 percent I love variety once u get used to once thing the effects seem to not be as noticeable I keep an assortment of sativa hybrids and Indica hybrids. Yea u can Def build one cheaper like @katsu Said, but if it's not your thing it's not your thing. My next run of bubble hash I'll prollly wind up pressing about half of it and seeing how that comes out
