Here are three Platinum Root Beer plants. Put three in water on 9/21. I am growing these in 3 gallon AC Infinity pots using the bottom wicking bases. I transferred these from cups to these pots on 10/08, using Growers High Porosity, Worm Castings and Grow Dots. The fourth plant in the pic (bottom left) is a Truffle Cake S1.

I looked at those pots. Neat idea. I am curious how they work for you. I grow way to many plants at once to try them. I can't imagine what 25 of them would cost LOL

I have 25 bases I think. There was a time I was attempting to get a grow going for business but it didn't work out. As a result, I have to worry about plant counts now, so I can only grow 12 in flower at once. (mine and the wife's 6 plants) I bought enough of these to run 12 in veg and 12 in flower. I am just using a 5X10 now and a 5X5 for drying and rarely even get to 12 in flower. I like some room, so 8 is about all that fit in there once they are all grown.

I like the bottom feeding wicks but it did not completely eliminate fungus gnats like I thought it would. I also am not sure 1 gallon is enough water in the bases, even just using 3 gallon pots. I am 3 weeks into veg right now and 5 of the 7 plants I have going will empty that in a day and a half. They are drooping a bit today because I let the bases go dry.

This Truffle Cake S1 is in there too. Very short plants so far, this one is putting out some pretty big leaves.

There is always a learning curve when you change shit up. I am just now getting better at feeding my plants after switching to organic. I always have to empty my plant trays after watering. I figured with the infinity base's might help with that. I don't worry about the gnats so much as having to move plants all the time. I am getting older and my back is getting worse all the time.

If you want to sell off your extra base's PM me with a price and I will see if I can afford it. I wouldn't mind trying them.

I started using these because the wife and I love to fish and I wanted to be able to leave for a couple of days during a run to go and do that. I can't say it has worked well for that. I have left a couple of times but they still get dry. I started out growing in larger pots and beds with living soil and that is definitely something I will go back to. Seems more forgiving to me. Using the Grow Dots is different for sure.

I know your pain. Planning fishing trips around growing is my whole life LOL. That's about all I do. Fish, grow, and guard plants. I can manage a 2 day trip but that is about it. I am going to need to plan well in the next couple years. I want to plan a Stripped Bass trip and I need to go back to Oregon for Steelhead in 2025

I am in Oklahoma, we have a lot of good fishing for a land locked state. We went and fly fished on the Mountain Fork for the first time this August. We have fished Texoma several times this year for Stripers and have two days in May booked next year. We fished for Hybrids at Canton, Crappie at Eufaula twice this year, and Tenkiller for Crappie and Small Mouth. Now my goal in life is to get a place on Lake Tenkiller so we can fish year round and float the Illinois River during the nice months.

Back when I was working, and making "Stupid Oilfield Money" I started taking my dream fishing trips. Oregon for Salmon and Steelhead, Flaming Gorge for Lake Trout, Santee Cooper lakes for Blue Catfish. I had a great time and got a few fish mounts out of the deal.

Nowadays I just fish in my home state. We got lots of fishing withing 50 miles of the house. Hopefully in the future I can start making plans for new fish. Muskie and Stripers are high on my list of fish to catch.

Here's one of the Platinum Root Beer plants right at two weeks in, flipped the tent on 11/01. They drink too much water for me to rely on the bottom feeding wicks on these bases. There are too many dry spots in the pot when I rely on just that. The last couple of days I have been hand watering in the morning and then also making sure the bases are full. Previously, I just hand watered when I wanted to give them recharge. They are looking much better. Jackalope suggested dry spots might be my issue with drooping. I think he got it correct because when I started to hand water, I had it coming out the sides of the pot in several spots.

Pretty sure my next run will be my last growing in this manner. I want to go back to living soil, big pots or beds, etc.

26 Days. This one is the shorter one, but I wouldn't say it was short. The other one shot past the light. I took it off the base to gain a few inches. I didn't do any type of training and I also never moved my light. Not exactly best practices.

If things get bad, you can always bend the colas over. You just have to make sure the bend and don't break. I have did both LOL. I have finish lots of cola's laying sideways

50 Days, My pics suck, this plant looks much better in person. It is starting to chunk up some, it looks like I will get a decent yield. The underneath of the leaves near the buds are unreal sticky and it is definitely throwing some terps but I can't describe them. I have two of these in flower. This one has stayed fairly happy, the other one has been yellow much of the time. I had a third but killed it because it grew past the light, then when I was trying to bend it over I got too aggressive and broke a huge stem.

Been there done that. I have had a few plant break when bending. A break at the wrong place can a bitch. I have also had a couple plants grow above the light before. I have been luck enough at those times to have a corner or side spot that keeps it out of the lights. As long as they don't burn they will finish.
