Stupid cannabis laws

Fuck plant counts. I don't usually flower a bunch at once, but I almost always have a couple hundred going at once - lots of mothers, clones of mothers, seed hunts, etc.

I'm not big on cannabis laws but I suppose I should pay a little more attention. I'm hoping one of our members is more up on current news and will help populate this empty forum :)

I have to agree on the plant count part. I used to always try and keep plant counts below 50 to avoid federal laws. Even a small grow like mine can have over 50 plants, when you count mothers clones and seedlings. I gave up. Hell I don't even know if 50 plants is the cut off anymore. I do know if I get caught, I am too old to ever see the outside world again.

We are still fighting for legalization here. They always push for fully legal and not just medical. I really think they could get medical passed here. I discussed this with the group of the people and was ignored. It isn't just about the laws anymore. It is about money nowadays.

Laws in the uk..
You can buy seeds but it’s illegal to pop them..

Austria has clone shops but it’s illegal to flower plants ..
Crazy eh you can buy all the clones you want as long as you don’t flower them lol..
Those are stupid laws, you might win if this was a contest 😁 . Oh Hold it, I can buy clones and seeds legally. If I flower them I will be breaking laws. Shit this is my world 🤣

Hello Team, Great Topic

In the modern era, the persistence of archaic cannabis laws remains a baffling phenomenon. Despite mounting evidence of its medicinal benefits and widespread legalization efforts, many regions continue to enforce draconian regulations. These laws perpetuate stigma, hinder scientific progress, and fuel disproportionate incarceration rates, especially among marginalized communities. The glaring discrepancy between public opinion and policy underscores the urgent need for reform. It's time to shed the shackles of outdated ideology and embrace rational, evidence-based approaches. By dismantling these nonsensical barriers, societies can foster safer communities, promote personal freedom, and unlock the full potential of cannabis for both medical and recreational purposes.

Well written.

Let me translate this for us Hillbillies. Weed laws are bad 🤣

May be cross boarder and move to Canada. I have ACMPR for 50 plants, my wife kept her maiden name also has the same, this off topic Bro's but woman are better growers, real attention to detail, does better than me and i taught her!! Yes we have a silly Law too for Magic Mushrooms, you can grow them, illegal to dry them

I’m in a rec legal state with no home grow. 5 yrs and 25k per plant. Fucking ridiculous.
As a patient it costs me $1200 a month to purchase medicine of a plant. It’s all a money grab for corporate cannabis.

It's even crazier in Austria, you CAN flower them. But the moment you pluck that bud off the stem you're a criminal - Suchtgiftgewinnung.
In Germany we have a 3 plant count now - not kidding.
Clubs can be formed but after months have past since the law has passed I only heard about one Club so far getting permitted, could be wrong tho.
I read up on the law and what to fulfill to run a club and they made such a tight rule to apply to that it loses to just getting it somewhere else.
They also limit how much bud you can own which in 2024 is just blasphemy, all those studies show clearly there are more benefits from Cannabis than harm.
Medical sector is a cash cow now (like anything big pharma) and 20€/g for ugly hay is not unheard of out of that sector.* I've seen it personally, sometimes there's decent bud but you still pay for all that shit with recipe etc pp and it's no different from paying a dealer only the government tries to take that spot.

*Terpenes are clearly a sign of quality and if the stuff smells like hay, looks like hay but costs almost as much as Gold producers and distributing medical complex clearly ignoring the basic knowledge on the plant and just care for their cut.
You can do better on your balcony, but they don't want you to. They don't want you to be independent from their bogus service.

Fuck legalisation, full on decriminalization or it's just a bribe to us anyway.
We're grown man growing fucking fragrant herb and the government cares more about suppressing us than to solve real environmental and social issues and this clearly shows how sick the global politics are nowadays and that they do not care for the people but only about control and power.
