Well, I have to say, this one has me excited. I have been growing on and off since 1999. These exclusive cuts have always eluded me so when I see this cross, it was a no brainer. To be honest, I always assumed there were two bubbas - Pre 98 and Katsu. Dont know about original but if katsu says its a thing than as a man with his own bubba named after him...who am I to doubt! Seeds were put into paper towel for 24 hours. 5 of 6 cracked in the paper towel. Transplanted to peat plugs and voila - this morning 5 of 6 are above ground. I am by no means a great grower but here we go.
Seedlings look very beefy and vigorous. This is my third attempt at feminized seeds. First one was good, second one was ehhhh this one i am hoping convinces me! Less rambling, more growing....

I almost jumped on that one. I forget what other hybrid showed up with The White x Original Bubba. I went with the other one LOL. I avoided it because I couldn't grow bubba worth a shit. I think I have solved the growing part. I may have to try The White hybrid someday.

5 for 6 on the pop. Could be user error, as they are fems, no big deal other than the what if factor. I couldnt be happier with the looks of the seedlings. Very strong looking.
Transplanted into solos yesterday. In about a month I will put them in 2 gallon (maybe 3) bags and then the waiting game of flower time!

Looking not too bad. Gave them a little food and they seemed to like it. Cant wait!

They are taking off now. Stacking with not much node spacing. Wish I could see a good picture of "the white"...its been a long time! I am thinking the bubba will probably dominate the cross though.

Moving right along. Debating on if these will top well. Gonna veg one more week and flip. Nodes are tight, leaves are huge. Should be able to clone them all before flower or within a week of flip if more stretch is needed.

They got right big! Just entered week three of flower amd the white × original bubba has surprising vigor all the way around. I took two clones of each on 11/29 and hope they all pull through! Also cloned 1 - 7 of lavendula and 5 hendrix head band females.
Here are the white bubbas all cleaned up and looking ready to produce! SUPER EXCITED for this one.. .i am gonna beat the bubba voodoo hex i have with this one.

Checking in. Stems are all hardening up now and a lot less pliable. The smells.are paint thinner and piney kush. Thoight that was odd and I am sure it will change. Got some strange leaf growth - aside from the GIANT fans its producing...holy solar panels batman! Heading into week 4 so should be through the transistion. Seeing some signs of overfeeding on other strains but these girls are the gimme more gravy types! So far it appears to be excellent work from Katsu. (Not that it means much from a lowly home grower lol)

Early on frost. Not sure if its temps or what.. i can not find a light leak but these a d the other from seed strains are having a hard time kicking into flower. I have clones from moms that are year and a half that are a little slow but much more on track....the close shots are the early frost on the white bubba. The big shot is a mom of dirty taxi i flowered after cuts taken...its a mystery...

Somewhere around week 6 now. Not gonna win any awards for yield but looks like some frosty dank nuggetry. Smells now are hash and sweet. I am amazed that (as of now) the whites blank slate is dominating the smell. Bubba seems to be taking over on structure.

Nice to see you powering through. You don't always get great growing environment. We just have to run with what we get. Too cold is better than too hot in most circumstances

I am a horrible photograoher. Two more weeks maybe?
